Rassie Erasmus is the current Director of Rugby & former Head Coach of the remarkably successful South African rugby team. The defending World Cup champions beat England in 2019 to equal the All-Blacks record for the most World Cup wins ever. Rassie’s highly influential tactics and management style brought South Africa from their worst world rank ever of 7th place in 2017/18 right up to 1st in 2020, achieving the highest accolade in the sport.

As an inspirational leader, Rassie has implemented structures that have fostered a culture of success in many clubs he has coached throughout his career including Munster, Stormers and Western Province. His passion for rugby stemmed from a highly successful playing career when he captained both South Africa and Lions in his time between the lines.
